Mobile American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, AED Training
Someone you love may one day depend on what you know.Your child is choking. Your grandchild suddenly stops breathing. Someone you love collapses.Would you know what to do?In those first critical moments, before emergency responders arrive, what you know could make all the difference.According to the American Heart Association, immediate CPR can double or even triple a person's chance of survival. When choking completely blocks the airway, brain damage can begin in as little as 4 minutes without oxygen. That's why learning lifesaving emergency skills before they're needed is so very important. No parent, grandparent, or caregiver ever wants to find themselves facing an emergency wishing they knew what to do.At Safe Beginnings Training LLC, we believe that lifesaving knowledge is something everyone should learn. You do not need to be a healthcare professional or require a certification to learn skills that could save a life. Our hands-on CPR, First Aid, AED, choking and emergency preparedness training helps you gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to stay calm and respond when it matters most.Because when someone you love needs you, knowing what to do makes all the difference.

About
Safe Beginnings Training LLC was founded on a simple belief that is deeply personal to me:
everyone deserves the opportunity to learn the skills that could save a life. After over 10 years working in the healthcare community, I have come to understand just how important education and preparation can be. I have also seen the devastating impact an emergency can have, especially when those involved do not know how to respond. Those experiences have stayed with me and played an important role in my decision to establish Safe Beginnings. As a certified American Red Cross instructor, my goal is to make lifesaving education approachable, practical, and meaningful. I believe people learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, practicing techniques, and taking the time they need to understand what they are learning. That is why Safe Beginnings offers both American Red Cross certification courses and non certification family safety training.
Whether someone needs a credential for work or simply wants to learn essential lifesaving skills, they deserve quality instruction in a supportive, pressure free environment. For me, Safe Beginnings is more than teaching CPR, First Aid, Home safety. It is about giving people lifesaving knowledge they can carry with them long after class ends-and potentially make a difference in someone's life.
